#1 - 20.07 09:41 Da ins Strategieforum eh nie einer reinsieht, poste ich das ganze noch einmal hier.Aber damit es nicht als SPAM/Falsches Forum abgetan wird, möchte ich eine allgemeine Grundsatzdiskussion über solche Spiele mit integrieren.  -------------- Hey ihr. Könnt ihr mir ein wirklich gutes Strategiespiel empfehlen? Am Besten im Stil von C&C oder Act of War. Irgendwas tolles eben. Sollte recht aktuell sein, damit ich mir auch grafiktechnisch mal nen Bild machen kann. ^^ Jemand eine Idee, was ich mir mal ansehen sollte bzw. kaufen? Vielen Dank.

#5 - 20.07 11:36 C&C habe ich komplett durch. Zumindest beinahe. Mir fehlt nur meine DVD, damit ich es wieder installieren kann. Aber die liegt noch bei nem Freund. War da allerdings fast durch im letzten Teil. ^^Deswegen suche ich ja was vergleichbares.
Starcraft fand ich vom Ersten Teil her nicht sonderlich gut. Hat mich nie begeistert (im Gegensatz zum Rest  ). Dennoch werd ich es mir mal ansehen in Form von Videos und die Kritiken abwarten. Glaubst Du denn, es wird wirklich gut? Meist sind Fortsetzungen ja nicht sooo gelungen.

#7 - 20.07 13:06 Bei einem Entwicklungsbudget von 100 Mio $ denke ich wird das ein grandioses Spiel. Allerdings bin ich in Strategie games eh kacke, weswegen ich die nur auf Lans mit ähnlichc schlechten Leute spiele ^^Wenn man sich mal die Professionals aus Korea anguckt muss man sich einfach nur annen Kopf packen, die machen ca. 300-400 Tastenbefehle und Klicks in der Minute. Und mind. 70% davon unterschiedliche, sie weiter bringende ... |

#20 - 21.07 08:20 I'd thoroughly recommend Starcraft 1 and maybe the sequel if it's fine, but that'll be seen first on Jul, 27th or so.However if you say Starcraft 1 doesn't fit you - how about the other all-time-classics like Age of Empires, Warcraft 2 (!!!) or Cossacks? And I have to admit that I am not into new and modern strategy games - so I can only suggest classics anyway

#22 - 21.07 11:27 StarCraft 1 + Broodwar, which is the all-time state of the arts in real time strategyMaybe wait for a week and spend like 50 bucks on StarCraft II and finally admitting after 3 days that it is not even near StarCraft 1 C&C-Series is allways ok for a little fun in between, especially Generals was quite ok, at least in my opinion, allthough an experiences player would need acutally less than one day of work, to completely finish alls three campaigns WarCraft 2, if you are able to find it in the shelfs of best buy or whatever, a couple of weeks ago, i bought a blizzard fan pack, including Warcraft 2, Starcraft Broodwar and Diablo for just 9,99. Its still ok, if you like the fantasy/medieval-like setting. WarCraft III - well, I played it, but for me personally it never and at no point turned out to be much fun. Too much micro bullshit in my opinion Total Annihilation was great too, cause its just mass battles, with infinite ressource, building space and tons of action, but lacking - on the other hand - any mirco abilities, tech, research etc... |

#24 - 21.07 12:27 I guess i should give Starcraft another try. Anyone seems to like it, so i should try it again. Maybe i can change my oppinion. ^^The games i really loved are: Dune 2 (played that for years!!) C&C 1, 2, Generals and Tiberium Wars Act of War Warcraft 2 and 3 Is there nobody playing actual strategy games? I would really love to play a new and good one.

#28 - 21.07 14:49 I've bought Warcraft 2 from ebay 1,5 years ago because it was one of my favorite games in my youth.Its very cheap, I think shipping was pricier than the game itself
